• Fruit of your choice, blueberries and strawberries work well
• Muesli of choice
- Take a jar, cup or glass and layer yoghurt, then fruit, then granola.
- Repeat as many times as you can until your jar or cup is full!
- Top with fruit and a sprinkle of seeds.
